But, of course all keyboards are made differently...so it is called the PIPE character. Google "Pipe Character on a Keyboard" and you will be able to see what key I am using. Of course you must be the OWNER of the document! If someone shares a document with you and does not allow you to download the file, then you will not be able to make the file downloadable. Look at the pinned comment. Look in the description. It says you must be the owner.
